Cisco nexus dashboard - deployment them as cisco nexus standalone (9K)

Hi we have Cisco nexus 9k standalone switches and we have physical nexus dashboard (servers). I am struggling to find any good documentation on this or is it even possibly to do something with standalone nexus on their own with nexus dashboard.

Hi  I am looking for OPSF overload command to increase cost of OSPF for the whole Cisco router similar to OSPF overload command for juniper.
