Hi,In UCCX, check the Cisco Unified CM Telephony Subsystem - Cisco Unified CM Telephony Provider Configuration, add the both CM's IP address and make sure that CTI Manager service runing on both CM's.
Hi,Check logger service from services.msc and check the dependent services are started, importantly check the logon account password. Some times due to domain control group policy settings, check the ICM service accounts.
