Hi everyone, is there any way to install UCCX Client Agent Desktop (CAD) in virtual Machine (Hyper-V or VMware) while all of our Physicals PC`s cannot install Windows 32Bit and the Recording no working in windwos 64Bit?

Thanks for reply What version of UCCX? as I am assuming its under 10.6.1 if your still using CAD yes, i use Ver. 10.0 What are you using for Recording platform or native? it`s a native Your PCs should still be able to install 32bit application...
