This version has a longer folder name.If the folder name is long, the phone does not seem to recognize it properly.I changed the folder name to cmterm-88xx.12-0-4MPP and it was upgraded normally.

Email authentication was not successful due to an error on the site.It was resolved because Cisco Customer Center manually authenticated the email.
