We had a storage interruption over the weekend and the appliance is asking for the root password to do a file system check before it will boot. Is it possible to get the root password so I can do this check and get the VM to boot up properly?

My portal uploads keep failing. Historoically these uploads were sent via proxy instead of the firewall. Now we are sending throught the firewall. Is ping required for these uploads to succeed, outside of 443?

And yes there is a DPA collection profile. It is not set to run. We upgraded from 2.4 to 2.5 of the CSP collector around the time this started appearing. Is there a way to unmask this info in the portal?

- The Masks follow the below format. # = number, they seem to follow a sequence based on how many there are. - Yes there is a new data profile with DPA in the title but it is not scheduled. Hostname = MASK### IP address = 000.000.###.###
