I have the VIC3-2FXXs/DID card inserted into my router 2951, I notice that port on back are standard RJ45 port can you tell what plus into these two ports? 

I tired to configure this phone for the first time it register the phone in the cli, however it will not go online and receive a dial tone, which I check the it reports that the phone is down. Can some explain what I must do to correct this. thanks
