Before rebooting the pub or sub copy the old load name of the phones which you are using in your cluster and also stop the TFTP services so that phones will not take new firmwares.

You can also schdule the backup daily/weekly/ or monthly by selceting days and time.For example if you have off hous during saturdays and sunday you can schdule automatic backup. This will reduce your manual efforts. Regards,Jaspreet
