Can a 3750E Cisco switch be connected to a 3750 using fiber? and what is required to have this done.

I am trying to configure a cisco 2911 like my 3800 series but noticed that the command  voice service voip ip address trusted list  ipv4 x.x.x.x  is not there.   How can I setup a trusted list to be able to make calls over the 2911?  

I am trying to get a cisco 2911 with E1/T1 cards installed to take a sip call and make outbound call over the T1 or PRI board..  In the past I used the 3800 series and I required to purchase DSP resources in order to setup the T1  as follows controll...

I was wondering if there was a way to only allow my sip signaling ip yet the cisco allow media from other ip?  in other words kind of like established related?  I dont want to have to add all my customer media gateways IP just me signaling sip server...
