I recently setup PostgreSQL for the IM compliance feature.  I noticed in the "JM" table, where all IM messages are stored, there are some duplicate/double entries.  Is this normal or am I missing some settings/configuration?

We currently have CUPS 8.5.2 and want to enable the compliance feature for IM.  The documentation found on Cisco's website does not explain the proper sizing of a volume/disk for the PostgreSQL database as well as maintenance procedures.  If anyone k...
