Thank you all for your help! I was able to configure a new batch of phones then discovered that the first patch is MPP. I was not aware there was a difference until now.
I figured out what the issue was. The file I was selecting for User Hold MOH Audio Source was corrupt or missing. I selected a different file and it works now. Nithin, thanks for the document. I'm going to review it. There's always more to learn!...
We went ahead and gave this a try. Our phone system (CUCM/CUC) is being backed up by our Barracuda backup system. We have not run into any issues. This may not be the case for everyone but its working for us. Thanks to everyone for their feedback...
