we have just installed Unity from scratch to 4.0.5 and upgraded to 4.2.1 After upgrade MWI is not working. TSP is 8.1.3
Is there a way to answer a call automatically in IP Communicator after a few rings or secs? please respond soon. Anil

i know it is call split which happens when a call is transferred. that is it is not a part of the final transferred call. i would like to know the database query to know the entire call. i guess there would be two entries for a transferred call. plea...
i am not sure how the exmergedata folder got created in the c: drive. we have unity back up scheduled everyday. the exmergedata folder contains all the .pst files which consumes hell lot of space on the c: drive to the extent when unity stops storing...
