I am having trouble with an IQinVision Camera where its MAC address will not show up on a 6840 switch. I have verified that the interface is setup for switcport mode access and is assigned to a vlan. Any help would be appreciated!

Ethan, Thank you for the information! Ultimately we RMA'd the switch back to Cisco as it would not boot up after multiple attempts at powering it off and back on manually. I read through the field notice you referenced and found some good information...
