Installing on Linux

I am trying to install Duo on my Wazuh OVA(Amazon Linux 2023) with the directions found on Duo, but when installing pam-devel I get a 404 for https://pkg.duosecurity.com/AmazonLinux/2023.6.20250317/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml (IP:3.170.152.60).
