how can i find out who has been calling my line besides looking on the phone for missed, received or placed calls can i do this in the call manager?
We use the cisco 800 series routers for outside users, i have been told that if the user's ISP is using DSL the can not use the router with the cisco IP phone, only cable works is this true also is it true for satellite as well?
how can i check another users voice mail we use the 7960 phones and this user is no longer with the company, how can i check their voice mail?
