I have it connected to CUCM via sip.  It has multipoint capabilities but when I am in a video call I can't add an audio call.

I need to have the Sx20 connected to CUCM via SIP do make regular calls but I also need it to connect to old vtc that only do H.323.  Has anyone done this?

The powers that be purchased 13 new SX20s to connect to our CUCM 9.1 but we do not have any licenses.  Can we install these and bring the licenses to compliance after the fact? 

HAs anyone had an issue with the phone load 9.3.1-SR4-1S?  Some phones that have gotten this load can no longer transfer or conference any calls.  other phones could not even upgrade to this load.  Is there another version of this taht is not bundled...

I have 2800 phones that need to get a new phone load.  Will they keep trying to get the new load?  What is the time out and can it be reset to longer?
