We have an aggressive telemarketer that is calling every DID in a large range.  Can i direct all of these calls to a single DN so we can track the call volume?

Just upgraded from 4.1 to 8.5, are there any new tools for setting up a new site?  (e.g. Region, Device Pool, Location, Partition, CSS, etc?)  Or do i still need to do these step at a time?  i have 20 new sites to set up and some shortcut would be ni...
