What is the meaning for the following policer infomation under "sh mls interface statistic"?Policer:  Inprofile:  340  OutoProfile:  0   Does it mean 340 packets drop due to Inprofile police?

When I did the "sh cry ipsec detail",  the counter for "pkts internal err (recv) kept increasing.   Will it be a router softwore or hardware problem?   The model of router is 3925 in 15.0(1)M4.
