Another one, apparently, is the ability to turn off ultrasonic device search on the Webex app for all users. Not sure about the details though, and whether it disables it altogether, or just by default and then the user can change it themselves.

OK. Thanks. I guess my colleague either just assumed he needed to renew them or the TAC told him so. Come to think of it, I renewed the certs for three years before him, then he did for two years... so maybe we were on a different version 6 years ag...

Did you ever get this resolved? it was my understanding that the last app to be installed would take over the protocol handlers. to fix this, you’d need to make registry changes to flip the protocol handlers back to teams.
