To configure ttc8-02 standalone as webcam

Hey, I'm struck with the ttc8-02 camera which doesn't have a codec, so I want to configure it as standalone camera for WebEx meetings. It needs to connect to a Samsung TV. (Not Android supported). I need a suggestion on which Visca software to use.
