HMM... interesting. I've never done this but it seems that you could do this by using aaa attributes. I'm going to test this out in my lab. It seems that there may be a couple of different ways to achieve the same goal... I will get back to you.

Your line configuration is set to check the local_authen policy for logging in only. You will also need a statement that checks users for thier priviledge level . Try adding thisto your line config:line vty 0 3authorization exec local_author
