Hi All. We have two different UCCX clusters integrated with one CUCM cluster and want fo filter users|agents on any of them based on any criteria. For now, all users with the IPCC extension are visible on both. Is any way to accomplish such a task? Thanks!

Hi, we currently plan to migrate all our uccx's 11.6.1 to version 12.0. But we steel using the mediasense for call recording with the supervisor's access only to their teams. Voice records through the mediasense widget on Finesse desktop. I know that mediasense configuration and support removed from the 12.0 version (System --> Recording Configuration does not exist anymore), but widget config in the Finesse 12.0 still available. Moreover, the mediasense successful records the calls (because of BIB feature on CUCM) but without MSAgentInfoGadget information passing to the MediaSense (i am assuming because of luck on authentication). Also, I notice that appadmin/jsp/protected/recording_configuration.jsp is present in the Tomcat and only URL removed from the main menu. Is any method to configure the call recording to the mediasense with the AgentInfo? In another case, we will need to install the dedicated MediaSense server for every team to split the access. And BTW MediaSense grate product that seamlessly integrates into the UCCX and my personal opinion Cisco made mistake to discontinued such good product. Thanks.

We would like to create the custom Database query Reports for our customer without the using the SQL procedure. To create the SQL query's we use the SQuirreLSQL app and all our scripts are running successfully directly with no any problems. But if we move the script to the CUIC to create the custom report the problem with the creating fields arise. For example we create the following script with Select in Select:
SELECT DISTINCT ContactCallDetail.contactdisposition AS ContactDisposition, ContactCallDetail.contacttype AS contactType, ContactCallDetail.startdatetime AS StartDateTime, ContactCallDetail.enddatetime AS EndDateTime, ContactCallDetail.originatordn AS OriginatorDN, ContactCallDetail.destinationdn AS destinationDN, ContactCallDetail.applicationname AS ApplicationName, ContactCallDetail.originatortype AS OriginatorType, ContactQueueDetail.queuetime AS queuetime, (SELECT MIN(ccd.StartDateTime) FROM ContactCallDetail AS ccd, agentconnectiondetail WHERE ccd.destinationdn = ContactCallDetail.originatordn ) as isCalledToday FROM ContactCallDetail LEFT JOIN ContactQueueDetail ON ContactCallDetail.sessionid = ContactQueueDetail.sessionid
This script run successfully directly in the Database and in the CUIC without the second Select (highlighted). But with the second select the Field isCalledToday can not be created as expected and CUIC use the all second Select query as the Field.
