Customer needs to communicate to server at home location via port 1150. UC540 is using auto generated ACLs. I tried adding a line to permit the IP and the port on ACLs 104 and 102 with no luck.

I ended up calling Cisco on this and the phone turned out to be an RC version which doesn't like to do SIP.The current phone (CBT15370DWM) is an SPA525G2-RCThe Eng caught it based on the serial. The phone had no RC markings.

Thanks for the reply... Nothing on port 69 when I ran the netstat command. I was able to ping 10.1.10.2.
