Hi, I have a very strange problem with callerID from my PSTN. The lines from the PSTN is connected to a vic2-4fxo card with NM-HD-2VE.I used MGCP for CCM.PSTN has callerID enabled.But the line is placed on the fxo, it does not display on the IP phone...

My customer use IP IVR 3.x and they need to expand ports.But I can't order IP IVR 3.x port license because they were EoS.How can I add ports license?Do I have to upgrade the IVR 3.x to 5.x or 6.x?But, upgrade is not easy.Please let me know

I found out logs that is " Active Partition available disk space below 4 Percent."The cluster's log level is default.What is recommended action to shrink disk space? I have four call managers in one cluster. Their version is 5.0(4).'High disk usage' ...
