You could have another CRA script collect the data and publish it to an xml file or something. Then each agent will get the data from the file.I have used a trigger before. It will also work.rgds
For queue stats, you can pull all those with a simple CRA script and publish with document and http steps. Easy.For agent stats, you need to be creative.. TAPI/JTAPI or pull it from the CRA database with frequent intervals.rgdsJohnny
