Hello, the phone is powered by POE and the computer is directly connected to the phone. We are entering the IP under Chrome or Edge and there is an error the site cant be reached. Thanks!
Am I able to do that by myself? I see some download files I can get from here but with one exactly. The Unified Communications Manager Version 14 is locked, it is not giving me the option to get it downloaded.
The phone is connected directly to the PoE switch, the computer is connected to the port of the phone. I also tried with the computer connected to the same switch. all the same.
