No Imran, it's not the same credentials. To session to the service module, and reach the CUE CLI, it requires the credentials for the router that the service module is installed on, and not the credentials configured on the CUE.
The issue is that The user ID is case-sensitive; be sure to type the user ID with correct upper- and lowercase letters. If you login with the incorrect case in the user ID you will not have administrator privileges.
