It looks like we have the issue resolved for this computer. When installing 4.9.1.5 directly the problem occurs, however when upgrading from 4.9.0.33 to 4.9.1.5 the problem is not replicated. Very odd, and frankly a waste of my morning.

Have you checked to make sure DNS Host record reflects the server's new IP address?

*bump for ongoing problemWe're sort of up against a wall here, but if there is no solution then there is no solution. NAC always seems to be in a sort of "reactive" state in terms of functionality.

SSO service is running, and works in XP and Vista. SSO does not work in Windows 7. However, manual sign in does work in Windows 7.
