69XX and 79XX phones unregister when PC connected inline is logged off.

We recently enabled NAC enforcement with 802.1X and ISE. Off of one of our many switches, the 69XX and 79XX phones will unregister when the PC connected inline is logged off.  Does anyone have any insight into this issue?
