Is it possible to show a different caller id for external and internal? For external we want the company name to show up and internally we want the users name and phone extention to show. Phone used is the Cisco 7945.
This is exactly what we need when steve calls tom its shows thier names but when steve calls a customer it shows Company name and not his name (steve). Where can i find the script?
