After talking with Cisco support the problem seems to be in the port negotiation with the 10 Gbps port on an iMac Pro. For some reason the RV340 incorrectly negotiates the port speed. They are investigating.
From the link: Please check the wan port settings to see the right speed and duplex. I can find no place to see/set the wan duplex setting. Nothing shows up in help. System summary does shows 1000 Mbps for the WAN, but just 100 Mbps for LAN ports....
