I believe I have a CP-8851 phone that has a bad boot image. Is there a way to console into the phone (via USB or NIC) and upload a new image file? I tried to do factory restore but that did not work.

We have a user that is trying to send fax from Konica Minolta Bizhub C458 using an ATA 190. It just hangs up, and the bizhub goes into a "waiting to redial" stage. It's able to receive faxes.
I don't know anything about fax machines or ATAs...
Does Cisco UCCX identify if the call was dropped by the analyst (Customer was hung up on) or if the customer dropped the call?
Doing some research and I do not see that data mark available in the current Cisco report that is sent out daily.

Does anyone know if CIPC 8.6.5 work with Microsoft Surface? Not sure which OS, but it's probably either Windows 8.1 RT or Windows 10. I'll have to find out from the customer.

When an Agent clicks on that "Send Error Report" button... how do I access the logs from this particular Agent and their Error Report?

@dekwan Thank You! I tried it in IE first and it didn't work (page did not load), and then I tried it with Chrome and got the authentication window and later the page with the reserve button loaded.
