The above fix, did get rid of the "This language is currently not supported. Defaulting to US English" error and the problem with the IP addresses not sticking. But when I try to launch the Dialer.exe I get another error "Windows Telephony was unable...
One of my technician found a solution to this problem, she used the old 8.5 Cisco TSP install file to remove the stuck virtual modem. Then reinstalled the Cisco TSP 10.5 and it is now working.
