This upload appears to have either resolved itself or was resolved on the backend by someone (an upload was restarted and completed on 9/2, but it was not initiated by me). This can be marked closed. Thanks to anyone who helped.

Security questions being prompted for "admin" user are still not the ones I setup.OTP password reset says successful but any attempted login with the newly set password still results in "Invalid Credentials". Tried about 5x with different browsers.

I just ended up redeploying a new ova. I can't determine if this resolution would have worked, but thank you for replying.
