As you can ping from WAN interface is sounds like NAT outbound, please paste show run from CLI and make sure your NAT overload ACL and configuration is referencing the correct interfaces

Please check dial peers session targets as both sites are pointing to 192.168.2.1 this seems in correct of they are 2 different systems yet both pointing to the same IP ?
If I'm reading correctly these are 2 different systems ? If so why is the session target for the dial pees the same IP ? Try change the session target of site A's dial peer to site B's systems IP address
