Started a webinar today and there was not an option to open a Chat window. I looked at the screen used to set up the webinar and noticed it wasn't something that could be enabled. Did Cisco make a change to remove this option from webinars?
Thanks for the reply.When I attempt to schedule a webinar, under the Webinar options (Edit webinar options), it is disabled and can not be selected?[cid:image001.png@01DC4A36.9E015890]
