Using the Smart Net Total Care file import, I imported our list of equipment last Thursday but the import took the SW version from the 1st line and applied it to all the 304 lines of the import. Please can someone help?

Thanks for your comments Mark, I realise that we need to pay for the license to increase the throughput but I am asking if we need to pay the yearly £1000 for the support agreement for this license as this is something I have never heard of before.
