I have an existing Callmanager system connected to an Asterisk box that has been running for quite some time. Just recently a problem came up that I'm having difficulty tracing down. Problem is when SOME IP phones (mostly 7940's) call an inside extension that points to the asterisk MeetMe conference line, the line doesn't hear/listen-to any of the dialed responses to the audio prompt. example: User calls 2160, Asterisk answers and says "Please enter the conference #". User presses 3000#. After a few seconds, Asterisk replays the "Please enter the conference #". If I do the exact same thing using a 7970 phone, it interprets the 3000# and puts the call into the conference. Both the 7940 and the 7970s are SCCP connected. This has worked for quite some time in the past and recently started this behavior. No known changes have been made to any of the systems. System consists of the CallManager 8.03 system, Cisco 2821XM router with voice modules, Asterisk 1.4.11 system. Any suggestions/ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem?
