I always get the message, when I want to upgrade my WIP310 from 5.0.12 to 5.0.13"DEVICE COULD NOT BE INITIALIZED"Software download is correct, Phone switched-off,using Windows 7.I have tried all, nothing helps.Any idea?

I always get the message, when I cannot my WIP310 to upgrade from 5.0.12 to 5.0.13DEVICE COULD NOT BE INITIALIZED !!!I have the USB port and tried all, nothing help.The WIP310 works, but with some technical problems, so the uprade to 5.0.13 is urgent...
