How can i limit No of call in sx 20 codec ?
I want there SX20 codec can only one Video call dial at a time. and also want to turn off audio call in same.
The Far end video is Freeze on TV in chair person. The all other part of video is clear but , face is blurs in conference.we made a conference through MCU , more than 35 participant present in single MCU , there is issue only in main chair person TV ...
As , i attached image ,i have high lite the snap shot box, i can't get MCU snaps in sx20 codec .we use MCU (5300 series) , Gatekeeper & sx20 codec as end point device.

the codec and mcu are in same network and vlan.
sx20 dialing the mcu via LAN A. the codec register in vcsc for h323 protocol.
the session on ssh & gui also expire and logout automatically.

I had already apply the settings , still i can dial two call at a time, it only block incoming calls.
I want that codec can dial only one call at a time .
