Thanks.  I think I understand the problem.  I log in with "cisco" "cisco".  The admin default log in will not work, hence the upgrade option is not seen. Not sure how to get around that and the XML script upgrade process....forget it. Oh well.

Dan, Thanks for a response.  Yes, I'm logged in .  I have no idea what "which account" means.  Nor do I know if this is a retail or OEM. I have read the Admin guide and see no other way to upgrade the firmware. Thanks again for the reply.

Well, it's obvious that no on e responds to these posts.

I have a SPA122 with version 1.3.5 and I too do not see the "Firmware Upgrade" option.
