AP showing disassociated on prime infrastructure 3.0

Hi All,   I recently upgraded cisco prime 2.1 to 3.0. today i noticed that AP's re showing disassociated on Prime. but all the AP's are associated on controller.   controller Software Version8.2.141.0     Please help
