Netflow is not supported. However you can use Performance Monitor which is part of the Fabric Manager Server package (licensed) or you can use a SPAN session to a PAA and capture traffic with NTOP. Brian

Was it working at some point? Is there connectivity between the server running FM and the fabric? You may just delete the fabric and re-discover it, I have not ran into this issue.
