sorry i am new in contact center i need to know if the cisco agent desktop software work with specific type of ip phones or it work with any ip phone model .second please i need any refrence that i can start from it to deploy contact center solution
is video VT advantage at this moment support 7911 /7912 and if not when cisco will provide a VT advantage version support 7911/7912
if i have CCME in a branch connected to another CCME in another branch and there is voip between them using codec g729 when ip phone in branch 1 call ip phoone in branch 2 do i need for dsp transcoding in that case
