ASR1001Xで”EnvMon関連のトラップ設定について

ASR1001-X(IOS-XE:03.13.02)で”snmp-server enable traps envmon”が設定出来ません。 SNMPトラップで冗長化電源やファン、温度状態の変化を通知するにはどのようにしたら良いかご教示願います。 お手数ですが宜しくお願い致します。

I can't set snmp-trap "snmp-server enable traps envmon" at ASR1001X(IOS-XE:15.4(3)S2) Please teach me the other way.
