We have 3 WAP371 devices from a business we acquired, however no ceiling mounts.
Can the mounts be purchased or does anyone know a part number that we can order?
Hi,As a raw test it is handy for us to ping externally tne WAN port of the SRP 527W, gives us a quick idea of whether it is responding.Can someone advise how we configure the SRP 527W to allow this? FYI we have the inbulit SRP firewall enabled.Cheers...

Gotta love it when you answer your own forum post. Applying the static IP address of 1.1.1.1 to the Internet Setup for SRP527W did the trick - how did I miss that.
Kevin,A firmware upgrade , 1.0.2.3, finally was released in November 2012 that resolved this cosmetic issue for us.Maybe give that a try and let me know the outcome.Cheers,Dale.
Tom,That did the trick - I looked at that setting however it seemed to sound a little wide ranging to just be "allow incoming ICMP requests"Thank you for such a quick and correct response - solved!!Cheers,Dale.
Thanks Cindy,Somehow I ended up in the MIB download section however never realized my mistake. I have successfully downloaded and applied the latest firmware to one WAP now for testing.Cheers,Dale.
