Brian Paine is currently the Director of Information Technology for Western Precooling in Fremont, California. He is responsible in overseeing all IT Operations and for driving the company's current infrastructure initiatives via virtualization, application delivery, and cloud transformation. His background consists of 14 years of IT Management experience in various industries that include Retail (Nordstrom), Live Music and Entertainment (Live Nation \ Bill Graham Presents), Financial Services (Charles Schwab), and VAR Consulting and Managed Services (Entisys).
Currently he is on the Customer Advisory Board for Citrix's global reference community "The Connection". He was a Guest Panel Speaker at the Microsoft Internal Global Executive Leadership Development Summit in the Small Medium Business Customer Insight Session in 2011 and was 1 of 6 Citrix customers chosen to be on the Citrix Synergy 2012 Call For Topics Review Panel. He has also participated in various Case Studies, Press Releases, and Interviews with major software and hardware vendors.

Sorry for the delayed response. Item 1 Eventualy resolved itself. Must have been a fluke. My bad for reporting it Item 2 When I log into CCO I click on the Adtional Access Tab. I see under "Your Current Access" I see "Service Contract Owner" I then see all my contract associate to the account. Loving OnPlus! 2 things though: Since the update on Saturday, when a device is discovered with an IP address and you change the IP on the Device itself to static...OnPLus is no longer seeing the IP change and keeps the device in the OnPlus inventory the original discoverd IP Still not linking my Cisco Equipment with the SMARTnet contract info. This is critical for us being notified of renewals and one of the top 3 reasons for us deploying it. I have validated with Cisco support that the Cisco User ID for the sites do in fact have access to the SMARTnet info for the devices in question. Cheers BP

How are people handling when a customer has multiple sites with multiple ON100 Agents? Just installed mine at my first of 5 remote branch sites in my orgainzation and now I see that I can not add multiple ON100 agents.....yet......when I tested this out with the FREE OnPlus Scanner prior to buying 5 ON100 agents, I was able to have multiple subnet's at multiple locations under one dashboard no problems.
