Hi,I want to create a script that going to external VXML in call studio and passing back to ICM. The Idea is simple, Start >> Say Hello world (in Call Studio) >> Say Friday (from ICM). Script attached. Any advice would be apreciate.
Hi fb_webuser,Thank you for your info,Actually we got that fixed by increasing the timeout value of the Network VRU Script because apparently the timeout value is 3 second which is too short to play VXML Application.
