3rd Party Gadgets Not Showing Up for Agent

Greetings. I am testing in my lab and have Finesse 10.5 with UCCE.  I have loaded a couple sample gadgets in to the 3rd party location in my dev Finesse server and added the proper code to Finesse desktop layout, but the new gadgets are not appearing...
