Thanks,Yes the 851 documentation does say it can do QoS, but only WFQ. Meant more for terminating a DSL connection to the router rather than a ethernet connection from a cable modem. Won't do classed based. Might just setup an ASA 5505 and be done...

I think I understand what you are saying. Even though the Internet connection from the upstream is 1Mbps, since the interface is 100Mbps the router will do fair-queuing based on 100Mbps.Thanks,

Thanks, that was it. For some reason I though I had the unlimited. Didn't even think about that. I am assuming it is using the arp table to cound licenses. Will a deny acl block systems from using up one of the licenses?
