hmm only difference then is UCM version, we are due to upgrade in the new year but for now im stuck on 7.1.5.31900-3and yes direct to exchange CAS server URL int / ext we have multi entry points depending on country and all fail

yes cluster reboot fixes this you will then notice that the device icon within UCM is shown as a CIUS tablet
